Curated planning packages

Important Notes & Terms:

  •  Consultations are offered via phone, Zoom invite or in person . (Consultation Times: 30 minutes ( $50.00) and One hour (100.00). Fees are non refundable)

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon signing to secure your date.

  • Payment Plan Options:  Pay in Full,  Two split option: 1st payment due 30 days after signed contract and next payment due 60 days after 1st payment  is made.  $0 balance will need to be complete  two week prior to the event date.

  • Add-ons (e.g., extra planning hours, additional event day staffing, travel/overnight charges) may apply and will be outlined in your contract.

  • Prices offered are starting points for the listed package scopes; actual final quote will be based on event details (guest count, venue, scope, design complexity).

  • Package pricing is subject to change based on market, scale, and timeline.

  • Method of Payments: Credit Card, Cashiers Check- NO Personal Checks

À La Carte services

Description: Ideal for clients who already have major vendors and venue secured but need expert oversight, design input, or on-day coordination.

  • Up to 10 hours of planning support (design review, vendor check-in, timeline finalization)

  • Single pre-event consultation meeting

  • On-site or remote coordination on the day of the event (up to 6 hours)

    Starting from: $2,500

Micro event planning

Description: A streamlined package for smaller gatherings and brand-launch events where you want professional execution without full-service complexity.

  • Design consultation + event theme development

  • Vendor shortlist & selection support

  • Budget tracking + two planning meetings

  • Full event execution (on-site management, up to 8 hours)
    Investment Range: $5,000 – $8,000
    Best for: Private parties, small business launches, intimate corporate receptions.

Classic planning

Description: A comprehensive service level for mid-size events and corporate functions; covers everything from concept to wrap-up.

  • Full event concept & design board

  • Vendor management (contracts, coordination)

  • Guest logistics, timeline, site visits

  • Day-of team (up to 10 hours) + post-event recap
    Investment Range: $12,000 – $18,000 (or ~12 % of total event budget if you prefer percentage model)
    Best for: Mid-size companies, private milestone celebrations, brand activations. Event flow so you can enjoy your event without managing it.

Luxe full-service planning

Description: The premium, high-impact tier tailored for corporate galas, large-scale brand experiences, government or nonprofit functions, where exceptional service and luxury design are essential.

  • VIP consultation + strategy session

  • Bespoke design & décor (custom elements, themed immersive environment)

  • Full vendor sourcing, contract oversight, event staffing & logistics

  • Event execution team on-site (full day or multiple days) + high-end wrap-up (reporting, media capture)
    Investment Range: $25,000 + (or ~15 %-20 % of budget for large scale events)
    Best for: Large corporations, government agencies, luxury brand launches, high-profile private clients.
